Shipping

We currently offer a Flat Rate Standard Shipping of $5 regardless of whether you buy 1 item or 100 (We'll love you if you buy 100) Australia wide.

As all items are handmade to order we aim to have them out our door and on the way to you within 1-3 business days of recieving your order. From there we leave them in the capable hands of Australia Post.

All items are shipped via Australia Posts 'Parcel Post' which includes tracking and estimated delivery speeds of 2-6 business days depending on your whereabouts. 

Please note that delivery times may take longer during busy periods (such as Christmas, Easter and Public Holidays). 

Whilst we take great care in making sure your items get to you undamaged and on time Big Big Bear is not responsible for the unlikely event that any items may be lost, arrive late or damaged in transit.
